  • Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions,
    images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations may
    occur due to display settings or manufacturing processes.
  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to
    discontinue or modify any product at any time without prior notice.
  1. Orders & Acceptance
  • Order Confirmation: Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our
    acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any
    reason.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled only if the item has not been
    processed for shipping. Cancellation is not permitted once the order is
    packed or dispatched.
  1. Customized Orders
  • Definition: Customized orders refer to products made as per your
    specifications, such as prescription lenses or personalized frames.
  • Strictly Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable: All customized products are
    strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or
    defective.
  • Processing Time: Estimated delivery for all customized orders is 5 to 7
    business days.
  • Payment: Prepaid only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for
    customized items.
  1. Warranty Terms & Conditions
  • Coverage:
  • Frames: 6-month manufacturer warranty
  • Lens Coating: 3-month warranty against peeling or discoloration
  • Exclusions:
  • Usage Damage: Breakage or scratches from normal use are not covered.
  • Transit Damage: Covered only if an unboxing video is provided upon
    delivery.
  • Claims: Contact customer service with order details and proof of damage
    to file a warranty claim.

  • Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ambala Haryana.

All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ambala.
